LincoCart (lincocart.com) is an online store operated by P Ravi Kiran, sole proprietor, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing
- We try to display products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may change prices, offers or product availability at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order will apply.

4. Orders
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation.
- We may cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, unserviceable PIN codes, suspected fraud, or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is due to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information, or copying content, images or designs without permission. All content on this website belongs to LincoCart or its licensors.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LincoCart's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
